Which software is required to use Needslide content?

Needslide.com provides professional PowerPoint Templates. Our main presentation software target is Microsoft PowerPoint (in their different versions from 2003 to 2019, for PC and Mac and Office 365).  However, due to our efforts of maximum compatibility and portability, most of our templates also are supported by Open Office, Libre Office, Apple Keynote.

Where could I find detailed and legal description of usage and license?
Where can i see my orders and downloads?

You can find all relevant information about your activities in your user account. Simply log into your account.
To view your orders, click on My Account at the main menu. Here you will all your orders, and your downloaded files. You can download there purchased products.
To download your purchased products, click on My Account and then on Downloaded Products. Here you will find all download files.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Needslide.com Supports two secured payment methods.

  1. PayPal
  2. Credit/Debit Cards
What can I do if I am having trouble to Log In?

There are 2 common situations at the login step related to credentials:

  1. Lost your password: If  system tells you your password is incorrect, probably you have forgotten or lost your password. Just click the link “Lost Your Password?” and you will be redirected to a new form where you will write down your email or username. You will receive a reset password link in your mail inbox so you can re-enter a new password.
  2. Invalid username: Needslide Login credentials consist of your username and password. You username is not your email address by default. The username is selected by users at the account creation time. If you are trying to login and the system informs that the username is invalid, probably you are using an incorrect username or trying to login with your email instead of your username. In order to retrieve your username from your email, please follow the steps in the previous point (Lost your password) and you will receive your username and password reset in your email inbox.

For both procedures, please check not only your inbox, but also your spam folder, as it could happen that your email system understands this email as spam due to its automatic delivery nature.

Does needslide.com provides support ? How do I contact ?

Yes. Needslide.com provides support. You can contact our Support Center through our ticket system. Every time you open a ticket you will receive information to your email inbox with ticket number and immediate feedback about your described topic. Communication continues through email.

Can I download products immediately?

All products according to your plan are available for immediate download.

Can I change my Password, and how?

Yes. You have two options for changing your password.

1.If you are not logged in and you are having trouble to log in, please refer to section “Lost your Password” of this page for details.

2.If you are logged in, you can navigate to your account profile information and clisk on tab  “Account Details” section. That will allow you to enter a new password for your credentials.

Are your payment methods secures?

Yes. needslide.com does not store any information about your payment method. We delegate the payment step to specialized payment gateways.

Are there download limits?

Depending on the subscription plan, download limits exists. Please refer to our plan page for the detail of the download limits, or check your account preferences for your actual download balance and the current limit.

Are there any limitations on the computers I use?

No. You can use your subscriptions and content from any computer.
