The following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as TU) apply to all business relationships between LTD NeedSlide (hereinafter referred to as NeedSlide) and the user of the products described in more detail in section 2 below (hereinafter Customer, you, your) in their current version at the time of ordering.

The following “Terms of Use” (hereinafter TU) applies to all products and services (hereinafter, Content) uploaded by consumers and businesses through our online store. A consumer is defined as any individual who enters into a legal transaction that primarily cannot be attributed to the commercial or individual professional activity of the said person. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity and which, upon entering into a legal transaction, acts within the framework of its commercial or individual professional activity.

The general terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships with Entrepreneurs without the need to re-contact NeedSlide. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or additional “Terms of Use”, their validity is hereby canceled.

  1. Partner under the contract, the conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is concluded with LTD NeedSlide by offering Content in our online store, we are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for that Content. Before placing a binding order, you first place the selected items in your shopping cart without any obligation and you can change (change quantity, delete) your items at any time using the functions provided during the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the buy button in the shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has been completed.

  1. Subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the permanent provision of the Content that is available for download, as well as the granting of the right to use listed in the EULA. The scope of the contract does not include the installation and/or customization of the Content on your end device.

  1. Rights of use

Our products (Content) are protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use our products within the scope specified in the EULA.

  1. Delivery terms

Purchased downloads (products) can be downloaded directly from your “My Account” or the product page and used for your presentation after your order is completed and payment is received. If you have purchased one of the subscription plans, then the products included in this subscription plan are available for direct download from the product pages and after downloading are available in your “My Account”. The result of the provision of the service will be sent to your email address, which you indicated during registration, or delivered to you in any other way previously agreed with you.

You add the selected subscription plan to your shopping cart. Then you pay for the selected subscription plan. After confirmation of payment, you can download any product from our Content (except for bundles). You select a product and download it. At the same time, a link to the product you downloaded appears in your account, with which you can download this product to your device (or devices) an unlimited number of times as long as your account on the NeedSlide.com website is valid. In “My Account”, you can see how many products you have already downloaded and thereby control the consumption of your download limit.

Subscription plans with an unlimited number of products for a limited period

You add the selected subscription plan to your shopping cart. Then you pay for the selected subscription plan. After confirmation of payment, you can download any product from our Content (except for bundles). You select a product and download it. At the same time, a link to the product you downloaded appears in your account, with which you can download this product an unlimited number of times as long as your account on the NeedSlide.com website is valid. With this subscription plan, you can download any number of products within the period specified in the subscription plan. NeedSlide reserves the right to temporarily restrict the ability to download for your account if the number of downloads from your account exceeds reasonable limits and may overload the site (NeedSlide.com) and pose a threat to the functioning of our services (as a rule, this is more than 1000 downloads per day from one account).

Subscription plans with a limited number of items for an unlimited period

You add the selected subscription plan to your shopping cart. Then you pay for the selected subscription plan. After confirmation of payment, you can download any product from our Content (except for bundles). You select a product and download it. At the same time, a link to the product you downloaded appears in “My Account”, with the help of which you can download this product an unlimited number of times as long as your account on the NeedSlide.com website is valid. In “My Account”, you can see how many products you have already downloaded and thereby control the consumption of your download limit.

  1. Business teams

Business team subscription plans allow multiple users to access product downloads (except bundles). After purchasing such a subscription plan, you can independently assign users of this plan within the limits of the number indicated in the plan. You can disconnect users and connect new ones, provided that the total number of concurrently connected users (including you) should not exceed the maximum number of users for this plan. You can also manage the hierarchy in the project team – assign project managers and delegate some of the powers to them. All users you connect can download products and use the services (for a fee). Only the owner of the subscription plan can use the free services under the applicable subscription plan (using coupons).

  1. Educational, Art, Scientific, and other academic institutions

Subscription plans for educational and academic institutions allow access to download products (except bundles) for multiple users. After purchasing such a subscription plan, you can independently assign users of this plan within the limits of the number indicated in the plan. You can disconnect users and connect new ones, provided that the total number of concurrent users (including you) must not exceed the maximum number of users for this plan. You can also appoint managers and delegate some of the powers to them. All users you connect can download products and use services (for a fee). Only the owner of the subscription plan can use the free services under the applicable subscription plan (using coupons).

  1. Services

One-time service order

You put the selected service (or services) into the shopping cart, indicate the quantity (for example, slides), upload your file or files (if necessary), and perform other actions (for example, a description of the task) to complete the order. Then you pay for the service (s). After confirming the payment, we start working on your order. If we need to clarify the terms of the task, then we will contact you by sending you a letter to the email address that you specified during registration. After the completion of the work, we send the result of the work performed to your email address, which you indicated during registration, or we send you the result of the work on your order in any other way previously agreed with you.

Free Services within subscription plans

Some subscription plans include a certain number of free services. Free services under the subscription plan are provided in the form of coupons for a specific amount and for a specific period. Service coupons within the subscription plan can be provided as a single coupon for the full amount or multiple coupons with different or the same denomination. Coupons for services within a subscription plan may be provided in whole at the start of the subscription plan, or in installments at specific times during the subscription plan. Coupons will be visible in your “My Account” during the period of time when they are valid. All plans will have one coupon available each month. Placing an order for a service within a subscription plan is carried out in the same way as in the case of ordering a one-time service.

  1. Discounts (sales)

NeedSlide is entitled to provide discounts on all or part of products and/or services. Discounts can be confined to specific dates or periods and can be provided to all or part of users. The discount does not cancel the validity of the coupon and the coupon does not cancel the validity of the discount.

  1. Coupons

NeedSlide has the right to provide coupons for all or part of products and/or services to all or part of users. The coupon can be nominated for a specific amount or as a percentage of the value of the goods and/or services or goods and/or services. A coupon can be applied to an individual item or service, or the total amount of items and/or services in your cart. The coupon does not cancel the discount. The discount does not cancel the validity of the coupon.

NeedSlide ensures that if you have never interrupted a subscription plan, you will always have the same subscription plan price at which you purchased this subscription plan the first time. If you terminated a subscription plan or the subscription plan has expired and you have not immediately renewed this subscription plan, then in the event of a new purchase of this subscription plan, the current price will be applied. Previous discounts are not taken into account.

You pay only the price indicated on the website. There are no hidden fees, commissions, etc., all taxes are included in the price.

To receive a refund, you need to fulfill the following conditions:

Within 7 days from the date of payment, you must send a request to support@needslide.com from your email address specified in your account, in which you must specify the payment parameters (date, amount) that you want to return and the SKU of the product (or products) and/or bundle (or bundles) and/or the name of the subscription plan that you received as part of this payment.
